Had to pay for parking and Internet. LOW Value deal!

Kind of stuffy with no really reason to stay here versus a Hampton or Day's Inn. Although they did not need to, they required you to pay for parking and Internet which seemed like a silly way to make extra money. I will never stay here again. ...read more

There was a charge of $7 for WiFi.

This is a wonderful hotel if you don't mind being dinged for extras like parking and WiFi. I might understand the parking charges but not WiFi.

Parking cost and internet cost.

Good location, easy in and out, everything was clean, front desk guy would not give me a king, said they were fully booked. that night noticed parking garage was only 1/2 full (LIAR!) Underground parking is very nice except the $12 charge. Also they charge for internet (pretty lame). ...read more

husband is 6' 7" and they put us in a full bed room

I requested a room w/ a king size bed.. My husband is 6 foot 7 inces tall and he does not fit in a regular size bed. When we got there we were told that they did not have any avaliable and we were put in a room with two full size beds. The freshness of the hotel.

Room was not cleaned very well each day.

Slightly tough to park for check-in because there's only room for 2 cars at registration entrance. It's downtown and there was a convention the night I checked in and had a very difficult time finding parking on the street to get inside for check-in. But, the hotel and rooms are very fresh and modern looking. The only down-side was my room didn't seem like it was cleaned very well each night. Toilet paper wasn't changed, Kleenex box left empty, counter not wiped down behind sink, etc. But for the most part - it was great. ...read more
